Then they will cut a ten to twenty second promo describing to you how hard the workout was. I as a former workout fanatic can tell you first hand that 12 weeks is not enough time to see one ab much less a six pack of them. Or is it? The PX90 uses 12 sweat inducing muscle pumping workout DVDs to transform your body to ripped in 90 days. It also comes with a nutrition plan and a detailed fitness guide. You can also receive online peer support and a calender to track your progress. The secret behind PX90 is a system that creator Tony Horton calls muscle confusion. This system constantly confuses your muscles by introducing new moves and routines so that your body never plateaus. You can mix and match the routines to keep yourself from getting bored in your 90 day period. The PX90 is something new and unusual to the workout community. I myself look forward to trying the PX90 to judge the hype for myself. I will definitely re post when my 90 days is over.
